=== What do we hope to accomplish: ===
==== Clarify Co-op Membership ====
Who do we want to join our co-op? How can we better communicate this?
(We made some progress on this in December - see new description on server about page and [[Main Page|wiki front page]])
==== Content Audit ====
What other public-facing surfaces do we have? Can we update them to be consistent with the blurb from the Co-op Membership track of work?
==== Design Welcome ====
How could we best welcome people to our community? This is where we might brainstorm onboarding cohorts or mentors, or something else entirely!
==== Improve Discovery ====
How can we improve discovery of social.coop? what is stopping us from being on <nowiki>http://joinmastodon.org/</nowiki>
==== Anything else folks want to work on! ====
Feel free to pitch other ideas that you want to work on with people!

=== Outcome: ===
We wound up in 3 breakout rooms that worked on improving the onboarding experience, supporting multiple languages, and exploring tech we are using for sign-on (keycloak) and would like to try out (bonfire).
The onboarding experience group updated the co-op description on Loomio, and changed the default mastodon cover art (a step toward making us visible on joinmastodon)
