Come to a session to review the present state and discuss improvements to sign-up and onboarding at Social.coop and CoSocial.

In this 90-minute workshop we will:
- Review CoSocial and Social.coop's respective new member sign-up and onboarding journeys
- Identify pain points and potential improvements
- Collectively brainstorm what onboarding to the digital cooperative ecosystem could look like All this is in preparation for our upcoming hackathon (see details below)
Who is this session for:
Members of either co-op who are interested in the details of our onboarding process, especially if they wish to provide feedback and help brainstorm.

On Saturday Dec 6, we will hold a joint working session to improve both co-op's onboarding procedures. It will run from 10a to 2:30p Pacific

Join us to hack on our new member sign-up and onboarding flows! The goal is to make updates and changes to our current docs and practices, so by the end of the day we will have real improvements ready to use.
Plan for the day:
[Session 1]: 10:00 - 11:00 PT
- Kickoff
- Brief overview of walkthrough outcomes, priorities, potential work
- Assigning tasks
[Break]: 11:00 - 13:00 PT
- Asynchronous work if you'd like
[Session 2]: 13:00 - 14:30 PT
- Work period (breakout room) - 60 mins
- Plenary share-back - 15 mins
- Work period - 45 mins
- Closing - 30 mins
