New member setup

Welcome to social.coop! In order to get the most out of your membership, here are some links to help you get started on the various platforms we support.

1. Mastodon: sign up using the invite link sent to you in your email. Look for the subject line "Welcome to social.coop!"
2. OpenCollective: use this link to set up your membership payment. The fee is sliding scale $1-10/month, and setting up payments on an annual rather than monthly cycle saves our co-op a bit in terms of transaction fees.
3. Loomio: join our group via this link. This is how we have discussions and govern ourselves democratically as a cooperative.
